What to Expect

Start your culinary adventure at a local market and farm, where Paloma will guide you in selecting fresh, seasonal ingredients. Together, we’ll explore how to choose ingredients that not only nourish our bodies but also support eco-sustainability.

Once we arrive at our beautiful cooking space, you’ll find your own prep station ready. Paloma will take you through the process of creating mouth-watering, plant-based dishes that are both approachable and fun to make. Along the way, she’ll share practical tips and tricks for making plant-centred cooking a joy in your daily life. You’ll also leave with a collection of easy-to-recreate recipes!

Finally, we’ll sit down and enjoy the fruits of our labour – a shared meal that includes a delicious vegan dessert. This is the perfect time to connect, savour the moment, and embrace the simplicity and beauty of cooking with plants.

 

The Day’s Flow

(Sunday / Public Holiday Timing)

 

  • 9:40 – Ferry to Mui Wo

  • 10:15 – Meet at Mui Wo pier, followed by a walk to the market or farm (depending on seasonal availability)*

  • 11:00 – Settle in at the venue & enjoy tea

  • 11:15 – Hands-on cooking experience

  • 13:00 – Lunchtime

  • 14:00 – Closing

$880 per person (includes all ingredients)
